DIRECTIONS 

• Use on clean, dry skin
• Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid starting from the inner lid and working your way out
• If you mess up your liner, a slightly moist cotton bud can easily correct the problem
• Within one minute, apply additional layers of product to thicken and smooth out the line
